This DVD does nicely with teaching the basic foot patterns and hand motions but, it is challenging to discover the dance bcuz the motions aren't mirrored. When the dancer is working with her suitable hand or foot you have to conciously feel to do the identical as an alternative of mirroring. Overall terrific DVD with decent explanations for the fundamentals.
The simple hula movements are nicely explained, and are quick to adhere to. If you are a begginer it is excellent to start with.
